Description: The foods we eat can contribute to chronic symptoms such as pain, swelling, exhaustion, mental health changes, digestive changes, brain fog, headaches, insomnia, and joint stiffness.  Dr. Van Iseghem, PsyD and Stacie Rackley, Whole Health Dietitian offer a 10-week intervention that guides patients through a 21 day elimination diet to reduce the toxic impacts of food on the body for the purposes of symptom reduction, improved health, and healing.  It also leads patients through mindfulness practices that can build confidence for recognizing and managing cravings, increasing awareness about the role of emotion with food choices, and becoming more intentional with focusing attention.
